Kara Goodwin: All right. Well, welcome Vinny. I'm so excited to be with you again today. Thanks so much for coming back on.

Vinney Tolman: It's my pleasure. It's, uh, it's great to be with you

again.

Kara Goodwin: Well, at the very end of our last discussion, which was episode 377, You were coming back into your body from your near death experience. And you gave us a little teaser about that experience and the relation to time, the relation to history [00:03:00] and to the future, and you left everybody on a cliffhanger. So we're, we're here to, to see what happened and what you learned and what you can share about that.

So please take us through it.

Vinney Tolman: Well, being the inquisitive I always have been, um, as I was coming back to my time. It's weird to say that, but that's what it was, is as they were slotting me back into my timeline, I could see, kind of on the other side of the fence, I could see what was coming up. I could also see our ancient past for humanity. So I could see this huge timeline within this slot that they were bringing me in, and kind of assisting me. And it happened so fast, but yet, there was so much there. [00:04:00] And so I saw our distant future. I saw Uh, what the Earth looks like. I saw humanity is and how we live. And it is very different than today.

Kara Goodwin: And so how distant would that be?

Vinney Tolman: be? That's the hard part because time, it only exists here. eternities. So, uh, me, what I was seeing in the far distant future. It was likely 20 to 30 years out probably from today. Um, which probably 20 to 50 years out from when I had my experience, which that was 20 years ago.

So we're up to the 20,

Kara Goodwin: Yeah.

Vinney Tolman: 30 more years on the, on the long side. But a lot of these things are going to be [00:05:00] happening. a lot of these changes. they'll be happening along the way. There's not just a, a one day, all the whole world changes. It, it happens in, in phases and I've been able to figure out, the different, timelines or different age gaps of where these phases are going to play out, but one thing I noticed is the, the entire earth has turned into two earths really. And the Earth itself is going to this higher trajectory, this higher place of existence, the entire planet is. And in that process, there is ancient mechanisms, um, reactivating. And these mechanisms were being used, uh, ago. And they, they become reactivated on earth. [00:06:00] Part of that is us, humanity. We ourselves split into two separate humanities.

We separate into, beings who, who pursue enlightenment and creating, anything. If we create, art, we create literature. energy works, which we're able to create energy works by coming together in groups. But it's, it's like we, we split society into the creators and the consumers. And as you know, we now are in that consuming phase. But at a certain point, uh, uh, a large group of us, splinter off and become the creators. And where we're just creating constantly creating. And, you're seeing that now some people have taken their whole life focus into [00:07:00] creating things, whether it be art or whether it be engineering or whatever it is.

They. they have set themselves to be a creator in their life and that is their, their main pursuit. But in this process of separating from consumption to production, that's where we start to see a big change on earth. And in that process, I got to see these future cities. they really feel more like communities. They don't feel as large as like cities, but they, they're sporadic. They, they do have kind of a synchronistic pattern to them where you find them on specific ley lines, on specific, vortex areas on the earth. And what I found is that these communities, they They lived a completely different life than the [00:08:00]consumption people. And the consumption people were very much in kind of survival type mentality, like take what you want from whoever you can take it from, um, survive as long as you can because everyone's going to die, you know, it, it, that, those. societies took a very dark turn and it felt like there was a lot of, um, fighting, a lot of kind of almost like Mad Max type in those communities, whereas these communities of light that I saw, they were life changing just to even catch a glimpse of them. I saw that we You know, those of us that come into these communities of light, we become very like minded to each other, even though there's lots of different races and religions and backgrounds in these [00:09:00]communities. together in unified energy and in a desire to, bring love to each other and to the Earth and to cosmos and to the cosmos. to all of life. Now, at that point, there was assistance helping the communities of light. and for some reason there was, there was a great battle. didn't see the battle. I don't know how it happens, but I know that there was a great battle that helped facilitate these communities of light. of being established in the way they are. but a really neat thing is in these communities of light when someone is hurt or someone needs healing, they will go into the central community building and the whole community will surround them and they will, they will go into a sort of prayer. or meditation for the person in the middle [00:10:00] and they will actually invite the perfected version of that person to come into or come forward to them and, and essentially have the power of healing, but not through traditional medicine, through energy medicine, which is essentially our thoughts, our minds, our intentions. Combined with the power of, prayer or meditation. you know, in, in our world now, and even 20 years ago, we do things very differently than that. So it, it stuck out to me, and, and I've thought about it a lot over the years. And I, I try to figure out, you know, is this the Is this the thing that leads to that?

Is this the thing that leads to that? One thing that was really neat is I saw this crystal tablet that they were using there. I only caught a glimpse of it, but instantly, just by catching a glimpse, I knew what it was, and it [00:11:00] was, it was a tool I feel by Source or God. And this, these crystal tablets, they, They gave you access to all time and all places. they essentially have eternal batteries on them. However they run, they run off of the energy, the physics or the, the excitement of the individual holding the tablet. That's what runs the tablet. But it's not like an iPad. It's like, it's, it's like a crystal tablet. The entire thing looks

like a crystal.

And

Kara Goodwin: because,

Vinney Tolman: I saw there, which, um, I know people say you're crazy and I'm like, yeah, I am. I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna, try to argue with you on that. I was a guy who died and came back. So yeah, I'm, I'm crazy. But I did see what I saw. And not only that, have I learned then, multiple people have talked about these same things.[00:12:00]

And when I hear them talking, I'm like, that's what I saw.

That's what I saw. So

Kara Goodwin: Wow.

Vinney Tolman: me. That's crazy. There's a few of us out there. Yeah.

Kara Goodwin: Well, I don't think you're crazy at all. I just think you're way ahead of so many of us, where you just, you just have access to things. You have a more expanded, perception. it, it doesn't match everybody else's perception just because you've, you're, you're a head And

Vinney Tolman: always known that we all have access to this. We all do. In fact, if you ever find something that you want to know, if it's got truth to it, you can pray and meditate on it and you can get your own answers for sure on everything

you want to find out.

Kara Goodwin: right. Well, what I love with what you're talking about with the crystal tablets, that really is a, a shift of paradigm. You know, it, I can feel my own. Understandings of what's possible [00:13:00] opening up because of course like crystals are intelligent They they're they're not just a dumb rock that doesn't have any any intelligence It has they have consciousness, but it's like they can tap into The reality of what actually happened, like they're, they're accessing, let's call it the Akashic records or whatever, but they're actually from what it sounds like, rather than us relying on anybody coloring their account or their interpretation of history.

For example, it's like these neutral intelligent devices that are saying, here's, here is what happened. Like you can look back. And this is historically. Like literally what it would have been like to be in that time and, and witness it, you know, more as like a neutral witness instead of like what the winner's perspective is or what the, [00:14:00] if somebody, you know, wants us to believe something.

So they manipulate the facts or, or whatever it might be. Right.

Vinney Tolman: It's something that can be used to go back and visit any time, any place to see what actually happened, not to hear his story or history, but to actually hear the truth and see the truth. So, It's a beautiful tool and we, we as a society have to be ready for that to be given to us as far as whether it's us that engineer it or whether it's actually handed to us.

It's essentially the same thing. A lot of the, the leading edge engineering, it comes to the engineers while they're sleeping. It comes to the engineers while they're meditating. So, um, look at Nikolai Tesla, look at [00:15:00] Leonardo da Vinci, look at any of these great minds that brought so much through that, that single mind. It's because it was time. It was time that person went into a meditative state and received Tesla himself, I, I've studied him a lot, over the years and he would get a vision of something, he would invent it in his mind, he, then he would use it in his mind. And by the time he actually made his first prototype, he'd be on his sec sixth or seventh revision, because he could do all that, physics in his mind, and, and know what would not work, or would work, as he would try to himself using it. But the, the power of the mind, the power of the soul, is, extremely powerful. [00:16:00] And, coming into the future here, it's going to be very imperative that we don't allow ourselves to be possessed by fear or victimhood. And you know, the elections that have happened, and with other things, Every four years, one party is victim to the other.

The next four years, the next party is victim to the other. Once in a while, one party gets to hold, gauntlet for two cycles, but still always it ends up handing back over. we have to understand that, that allowing ourself to be in a place of fear We're going to make mistakes in our own life, but we're also going to end up hurting other people. And that's not why we're here. We're not here to be, champions of what we think is right. We're here to do the right. here to be the light that the [00:17:00] world needs. That's what we're here for. That's why my My non profit's called Living God's Light. It's like we are here to be that light for the world.

Um, and, and the world is in somewhat of a dark place. It is. And if you are that light for the world, you can help people get through that dark phase and come into their own light, you know. But not by screaming at people, not by hating them, not by targeting them, there is no road of darkness that leads to success. There's not. Never in all of history can you find a road of victimhood or anger or wrath that ends with a positive outcome. Because the children of today's victims, they become your enemy of tomorrow. And there's no way to, to go through that [00:18:00] process of allowing those dark energies in you and have anything positive come of it.

Kara Goodwin: Wow, yeah, I love that. That's so true. I can't remember exactly how you said it, but who that, who is being traumatized today you become their enemy in the future. the retaliation cycle and so forth. I'm, I'm really interested in learning more about the two earths that you mentioned.

Now, did you see those as, two separate physical locations or was it still one earth, but two experiences or?

Vinney Tolman: yeah. Still one earth, but two experiences on the earth. feels like those who go into the fear model or the fear mentality, they, they see threats everywhere. They see threats from their own. family from their own friends. And they go into a dark place. And that's where these, the, those cities go is they go [00:19:00] into a dark place where it's, some of these movies where you walk into an empty city and people are fighting things out for the last nugget of food or resources. And, it's, it's a hundred percent violence that they on each other for their survival. Whereas at the exact same time, just adjacent to them, is these communities of light, where everything is taken care of for them. Everything. And it's because the, the goal of the, the group is the the common welfare, the, the enlightenment, the healing, the upliftment. it's essentially the Christ consciousness. And you don't have to be, a Christian to understand the Christ consciousness. It's essentially a consciousness that you will serve others. Even [00:20:00] at your own demise, you'll serve others for the greater good, for the greater purposes. and that essentially is the Christ consciousness, but because everyone is in it, in the communities of light, they have this way of, of being there that they don't lack for resources or for at all. They have everything that they need. I even got to see that some people from the cities of darkness would try to find the cities of light, they would be walking right through them, and they couldn't see them,

Kara Goodwin: That was going to be my question. Like how do you, how is it that they're, they're not intermixing, you know, but,

Vinney Tolman: I, saw a movie called The Cilestine Prophecy, and it's a great book, by the way. Um, When I saw that movie, I was, I was, my jaw just dropped and I'm like, that's what it's like. That's what it's like. I was telling my wife, I'm [00:21:00] like, this is what it's like in those communities of light. Uh, cause it does showcase a model where people are trying to find some higher visionary people and they can't find them even when they're right in front of them.

They can't see them. Because they're existing at two different frequencies. They're existing at two different planes. in the fear plane. One in the love plane. Right now, how the world is, is the love and fear plane are very close to each other. But in the future, they start getting more and more separate.

To a point where, if you go into the fear plane, you can't get into the love plane anymore. You can't see it. You can't perceive it. It would take something radical to take you out of the fear plane into the love plane. And now going down that path, I know for a fact a part of that plan is there will be, leaders in the dark cities, [00:22:00] the, the cities of fear are, offering ships like actual ships for people to get on them and go where it's safe. because there, there's going to be prophesied some cataclysm going to hit the whole earth. But all of these things that hit the earth, they only make the earth a better place and not a lesser place. So no matter what's happening there, it's not, it's not the literally the end of the world. It's not that, but the news and a lot of the the chicken littles out there, you know, running around saying that the sky is falling. A lot of those, those people being that way, the ones that build the narrative that you must get on one of these ships and, and then they, they, they eventually leave the earth. Now, not everybody in those dark, those cities of fear leaves the earth, but a good chunk of them do. [00:23:00]There is left a small remnant and over time they

die out.

Kara Goodwin: Hmm.

Vinney Tolman: phase out, they die out. And for the cities of fear, do end up, uh, essentially animalizing. They become, uh, living like animals. Like, truly like animals. Where they essentially lose their, civility. Yeah. It's really

Kara Goodwin: fascinating what you're talking about with the resonance and that when people are living in these darker places and they're in, it becomes so much about resonance because we have that now to an extent,

Vinney Tolman: it's

Kara Goodwin: intermixing, you know, everybody who's part of this physical reality can see everybody and interact with everybody.

But it kind of goes back to what you were saying in terms of, um, Like, Hey, I'm crazy. I'm I'm I talk about how I, died and came back and I [00:24:00] had these, I've, I've seen these things and that makes me crazy. And it is kind of like when somebody doesn't have that expanded awareness or that, that ability to, to, to understand that there are things that are outside of what we accept as real as, as reality, as a potential.

it, things do seem crazy, right? So it's, it's interesting. It's like that gets more pronounced where it, it ends up being like, where somebody may not even be able to see you because not, you know, right now it's just, you might not be able to find common ground. They may not be able to accept what you're saying, but we might get to the point where it's like they, they can't even see you or, where you're living or, [00:25:00]

Vinney Tolman: between now and then, that is, taking a lot of people into, uh, the heavenly realm. I don't, it, it feels like it hits the whole earth, whatever that thing is. It doesn't feel like it's just a war or something like that one part of the, the planet. it does feel like it's, It's kind of systematic where it hits the whole earth, whatever this thing is. And it, it does get us down to about 20 percent of where we are So quite a bit less in population. what I say to anyone who's like, Oh no, we're going to lose 80 percent of us. We don't lose people. We don't. All we're doing when someone passes, a really good friend pass. just in the

last about week.

Kara Goodwin: oh, I'm sorry,

Vinney Tolman: [00:26:00] And, uh, I, I am so sorry for his family, but I love that I know where he is. I also love that I'm envious. I love that so well where he is. I'm a little jealous that he got to go before me.

Right? And

if, if we, if we actually knew where we go when we die. We would all be envious. we wouldn't live, the way we do and treat, the funeral and the wake the way we do if we understood where they're going and where they are. So, you know, in that, whatever process that is, where there's a lot of us leaving, I had somebody tell me it was the rapture probably that does it, but I don't know. Cause there's still a lot of good people left, um, on the planet. Um, and in fact, it feels like majority of the people who go are, kind of living in the [00:27:00] world and not necessarily living in that, that light space, that of unconditional love and grace, and it kind of in the Christ consciousness, but. needless to say, it does take a lot of those people too. I feel it, it, it takes a lot of us. so there's something going on, something playing across our timelines. I didn't see what it was. I've, I've got guesses, because I've, I've really been studying this since I had my experience, to try to figure out what it could be, what, is it this, is it that. definitely when COVID started to happen, I thought, Oh, is this it? Is this it? And I kept getting the prompting that, no, this isn't, this isn't quite what you think it is. And, and so I, I, I, I knew it wasn't that, but I knew that many of the events after that, that those are playing towards that purpose of [00:28:00] helping many souls exit this life. And, get onto the other side, onto the real side of existence, where we are eternal beings. We are. And, yeah, that's a fact. We're just eternal beings. We weren't meant to live forever on Earth.

Kara Goodwin: Right. Well, it makes me think too, that a lot of people say there've been prophecies, throughout the ages of the time that we're in. And a lot of people say that there are many souls who, um, are not really like so connected with earth who have incarnated right now because they can operate at a high frequency and they are here to help the shift because they're their frequency because of how they how they vibrate and how they can manage their energy it's helping the earth and the rest of humanity and so it would kind of make sense as that people might cycle off as that transition completes or, gets [00:29:00] more into complete that people have different roles and it's kind of like, okay, you can be released now because you did your part, you know.

Vinney Tolman: Well, it's, um, they showed me that the Earth's energy is kind of like a torus. So when you look at a toroidal field or a torus, and you look at that, it looks kind of like an energetic apple spinning inside and out of each other, of itself, right? And the earth itself is like that, that the earth goes through these phases where it, it has this drastic enlightenment. And then, uh, the beings that are there, they move on to another place. or, the Earth itself kind of separates, and old Earth goes back around to its Taurus cycle, whereas new Earth goes into its new direction, which is back towards the Sun. The heavenly realm back towards the home where we all come from. and to me, there is some truth to that. There is, [00:30:00] it's like the, the new earth is the future humanity. It is the future of this current timeline. And that, we eventually are going to be forced to choose which direction our mind is going to align. Are we going to align towards the fear or are we going to align towards the love? Yeah.

Kara Goodwin: Yeah, I love that. It makes me think of from a musical perspective, they're being octaves.

Vinney Tolman: Yes.

Kara Goodwin: you have like these notes and they, they repeat, but they are different from octave to octave and it's, it's almost like when you're talking about that, because there's this, if earth doesn't split physically, like, if that tourist, like you can have maybe one tourist that's at one octave and then there's like a one around it or just beyond it, that's at a higher octave.

And you can still be experiencing the same thing, but from a [00:31:00] different, a different octave, a different level.

Vinney Tolman: that that symbol on your wall behind you is like a two

dimensional tourist too.

Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Yeah.

Vinney Tolman: that.

Kara Goodwin: Very apt, I guess. Right?

Vinney Tolman: Yeah,

Kara Goodwin: So, so you said that through your own investigation, your own, desire to understand more fully what that, might be like in terms of what happens to decrease the population. Is there anything you want to share about what, what your investigation has turned up?

Vinney Tolman: I know that, here's the thing. If we put our mind in a state of fear, we ourselves are going to attract our own exit. We are. We are. If we put our, keep ourselves in a state of love, no matter what's going on in the outside world. So no matter who wins elections, no matter who is controlling governments, no matter what is happening in the outside [00:32:00] world, if we can keep in a state of love, a state of peace inside, we will find peace on the outside.

We will start to create the peace on the outside. It's the fact that so many of us have this extreme duality inside of us. that it causes us to have extreme duality on the outside of us. So it's time for us to choose, choose to affiliate to our light side or our dark side, like choose. I know that happiness happens as a side effect of choosing the love side and that that's a very good way to go.

That's the way I choose to go. And if we do that, that aligns us into a path where we will be in the right place at the right time for what we're supposed to do. It also gives us a, a stronger intuition than the rest. And that intuition may save our [00:33:00] lives. It may save our family's lives. It also, may put us in a place where we were all supposed to exit together. But either way, everything unfolds the way it does. There's a higher engineering, there's a higher plan. And if we are tapped into that love energy, the higher plan happens and, and everyone benefits no matter what the outcome. Yeah. We, we all get to benefit from it. it's hard to of have a blanket statement like that, but that's the, that's the simple thing.

Like the earth is changing. We know it's changing. The poles are shifting. poles have shifted many times in the past. And, and for someone who doesn't know about that, go do, go do the research. North Pole and the South Pole have come down and touched and shifted. And then they go back and they touch again and shift. And this has happened many times, many, many [00:34:00] times on Earth. the geological record, along with the physics models, can see how many times it's happened our history, in Earth's history. So that's going to be a big part of it. Like, we have to be aware that the Earth goes through changes. The Earth grows through phases the same, the same way we do. We don't come into life as a one year old, or as a baby, and stay that way whole life. would we think Earth is going to stay the way it's been? You know, Mother Earth is going to continue to go through her phases, she does go through drastic temperature swings, and she did it long before there was humans here. and I don't want to get into any kind of debate whether we can influence that or not. That, that is, I, for every scientist that says it is influenced by us, I can find you. another one [00:35:00] that says it's not. So that's something that you get to believe what's important to you, but I will tell you that the earth itself, Mother Earth, has gone through huge temperature swings and that even during, the Middle Ages, there was a mini ice age recorded.

Kara Goodwin: Really?

Vinney Tolman: yeah, and it's like we have records on that. We can go back and see the records in multiple societies, multiple cultures, multiple continents. We see those mini ice ages coming up. so mother earth is, is not this steady thing never changes. In fact, she's the opposite. She's always changing. And, we need to understand that a little bit better because we are tenants on Mother Earth. we don't own Mother Earth. we get to be blessed with, with some [00:36:00] time to spend on her. And then when we're done, we get to go to a, a place where we get to see. what created mother earth.

We get to see the real space that mother earth was emulated or copied off of. and either way, it's going to be a beautiful, experience, even as tragic things happen with some of us. we have to understand that our creator, our source put special protections around us so that when there is tragic things happening, There's special protections around the souls so that they essentially are pulled up and out of the bodies so that the bodies can suffer whatever traumas need to be suffered. And then if it's deemed, the souls move on, it's, it's one of those things that when we, in hindsight, when we get on the other side and we look back, we're like, Oh, mean. [00:37:00] living under a microscope that didn't matter. I could have, I could have lived under a macroscope, step back and get a grasp for all that's going on. To me, that's where the divinity is, in the macro and not the micro. Whereas in today's world, we have these egos that keep you in the micro world. Where you somewhat visualize yourself as the center of the universe, and didn't work in the Middle Ages, doesn't work now. Yeah.

Kara Goodwin: Yeah, I love that. So are there. Were there other things that you were able to glean about the, about history as you came in? And we may want to, maybe we can review what it was like for you, like why you saw time the way that you saw it, um, how you were able to get these glimpses. Maybe start with that and we can see if there's anything from the history side.

Vinney Tolman: Well, [00:38:00] what I saw is, they were bringing me in to my timeline, it looked, it looked like this, kind of a, a spiral vortex. Okay. And as they were coming in, they had to slot me into my specific timeline. And when I say they, I, I don't know who they are. I know that they are some type of energy that works with God, our creator, because I was being taken from my experience in heaven and put back into my body. And it was so fast, but I could feel there was this intelligent. consciousness leading me right to where I was supposed to be dropped off. it's almost like a stack of records. They had to go into my stack, into my record, where I was at that time where I had left and they had to allow the consciousness to go back. And [00:39:00] in doing that, I did, I looked, I looked as far as I could towards future. Cause I'm like, wait, That earth doesn't look the same. And, and that's not that far away from where they're putting me in here. Why does it look the same? And so I, I tried to remember everything possible that I could. the easiest way to explain this is you could walk by a house down the street.

Okay. You could walk by a house and the doors open. walk by and you smell. Ragu. You smell spaghetti sauce, right? But after you've walked past, your mind can go back and say, Huh, I smelled garlic in there. I smelled roast tomatoes. I smelled rosemary. I smelled basil. I smelled, olives, even mushrooms.

You could, brain can dissect. what you picked up in just a flicker of a moment as you walked past the doorway, [00:40:00] right? That's the kind of I had. I walked past the doorway, I caught a quick glimpse, but my mind, my consciousness, was able to go back and kind of try to dissect what I saw and and get a better feel for it, get a better understanding for it. Anyone who says they have answers to all the mysteries, I don't think any one of us gets that. But what we do get is we get our own barometer, our own truth detector. It's inside of us. So if it's not going off, this is truth for you, then move along. But if it is going off, understand that the future is amazing. It is beautiful. And, and for those who dwell in the love space, those who dwell in the light, this earth has an amazing future to it. [00:41:00] And our best days are in front of us for those who dwell in the light. Now, if you dwell in the fear and you get so, angry about politics or about sports or about, different principles of the world. Understand that you have zoomed in too close, and now you're living in the micro. And it's time to zoom out, and remember that you are part of the macro. You are part of the, system, part of the, the whole. Yeah.

Kara Goodwin: Oh, I love that. I love that context to the macro micro, because when you talked about it originally, I was thinking, day to day problems that we, that show up, you know, I've got so many things on my to do list and I've got, my nephew who's going through this and my neighbor yelled at me for that or whatever, which is also applies where we can zoom out and say like, okay, all that stuff's happening, but really I am a spirit.

I [00:42:00] am here for purpose, you know, but, but I love how you're relating that to those external ways that we, we give so much importance to that really can be holding us back. Yeah,

Vinney Tolman: it's really amazing the power of love, the power of fear.

Kara Goodwin: Yeah.

Vinney Tolman: we have to choose eventually, is the core of us? Do we go towards the love do we go towards the

fear?

Kara Goodwin: Right. So when you, when you caught that glimpse of the future, did you also similarly get to see the past and did you see anything surprising?

Vinney Tolman: Well, I did. I saw that if we look far enough in our past, we see our future,

Kara Goodwin: Oh,

Vinney Tolman: which that would mean that the earth is on this big cycle, if you stay on it long enough, you end up back where you began. But that would be [00:43:00] impossible for humans because we don't live long enough, right? But for time and for eons and for epochs, so epochs are big sections of history, especially history that is debatable. The Earth has been through many epochs and this isn't the first time on Earth. That society has gotten to this type of technology, type of society. I know we know about Egyptians. There's, there's woo woo people who talk about the Atlanteans and, and other stuff like that. Well, they're not so woo woo. Technology was even surpassed what it is today on earth in the ancient past. that's hard for some people to stomach. They're like, well, where's the evidence? Where's the evidence? Well, um. That's where you start learning that when you go to college you get a degree in [00:44:00] his story, history, and not in truth. There's a reason we don't go to college to learn truth, we learn history. We learn the stories that people tell. And that we too can change our own story. think about the election. After this last election, there were people waking up the next morning to explode, ready to go and unleash anger, violence towards others.

Then there was others who were just like, it's just another day. Then there was others that were out there celebrating. And the crazy thing is it was just another day.

Kara Goodwin: right.

Vinney Tolman: have to be a part of the game. And if you were out there celebrating or angry, someone else was puppeting you, it's just another day. Every day is an opportunity [00:45:00] to love each other, to serve each other, to care for each other. And even for strangers, and what's one of the most beautiful things I've learned from my experience, is when I am having a struggle with something. If I will go and help someone else struggling, my struggle goes away, goes away. That's a hidden truth for all of us. That if you're lacking happiness, go deliver happiness to someone else and watch become happy. Not your

Kara Goodwin: beautiful.

Vinney Tolman: not your selfishness, but your soul, your soul becomes happy when you help others.

Kara Goodwin: I love that. That's so powerful. And I love what you say about using the election as an example where, how did you personally take it? And I think that that's also a an indicator of our [00:46:00] Vibrational resonance or how we're changing as individuals, because the humanity is going through this and we have kept this conversation very zoomed out very macro, I know for me personally, there have been previous elections that, um.

I have just been devastated. I mean, devastated. And then humanity as well has lashed out and there's, huge uprising. And this time it was hardly a blip. I literally woke up and forgot that there was any, that, that there would have been a call by then. and there would be, you know, a new, a new president.

And right.

Vinney Tolman: own life. You weren't trying to live through an election or live through your sports team? You know, I have a lot of friends that are diehard sports fans and, and I admit I have been in the past too. and there's nothing against that, [00:47:00] but your happiness and the way you treat each other, it should not be dictated by your team or your political party or your latest win or loss. It shouldn't be dictated by that. Be better than that. Don't be childish. Don't be little. Be bigger and prove to the other team, to the other party, prove that you can still have that grace and still have that love. And maybe that wins more people to your side next time,

you know.

Kara Goodwin: Yeah, I love it. And one of the things that you, I've wondered if you wanted to expand a little bit more on the puppet comment, because there might be people who hear that, that are like, well, how, how does that apply? Like, why would that mean that I'm not the actual originator of my, my feelings.

Vinney Tolman: So who our soul is, is the same as what you see toddlers at a playground. Okay. When you see [00:48:00] toddlers at a playground, they don't know prejudice. They don't know race. They don't know religion. They don't even really pick out differences with their bodies at all. they go and they play all are welcome. And that's the way our soul is. But what happens to that soul when it stays here long enough, it starts picking up prejudices. And, and it's funny because so many people that are so anti prejudice, they themselves are very prejudiced. And I was one for the longest time. I was very anti prejudice and I was, I was taught through my experience it was me hating prejudiced people that I was one. You can't not hate, you can't hate prejudiced people and not be prejudiced. You can't. Because that in, that in itself is prejudice. So I, I say from that point, don't let someone else puppet you. Because what, what are the forces that take those toddlers [00:49:00] turn them into racists, bigots, misogynists, chauvinistic. What, like what is that? It is the, the puppets of society, or it is the, the, the puppeteers of society going in and training those kids to become the puppets of the future. Don't allow someone to put messages in you. You be the proof that what they're saying is wrong. You be that proof.

Prove That's amazing. Yeah, and, and so many of these groups, they prophesy this.

But not for them. Like, are you about love or not? Yeah. Like, I don't, I've never seen anyone that hated someone so bad that they loved them. Never. You either love or you don't.

Yeah.
